I found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond what's expected. The rooms are small, but this was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent; public transportation is easily accessible, and the town centre is only a few minutes on foot. I did not try the provided breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel was still a construction site. The hotel has still been taking reservations from customers, only to cancel them. Unfortunately, my reservation was not cancelled, and I arrived at a construction site. I complained to hotels.com, but they have not replied.

Tout l’hôtel et les chambres sont vieilles délabrées et on m’a donné une chambre avec l’encadrement de la porte massacré je ne sais depuis cmb de temps. Cependant le personnel a essayé de m’arranger. Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personel Unsere Zimmer war ein Dachstock ohne seitliches Fenster, nicht empfählenswert. @hotels.com hatte beste Preis, 50€, ohne frühstück. Mehr sollte man für Dachzimmer auch nicht bezahlen! Im Zimmer hatten wir keine Hotel- Hausschen.
