Bright and inviting cottage on a large plot with plenty of space to play: Here there are soccer goals, swing, sandbox and climbing frame. On the south side of the house is a covered terrace and facing west is an open terrace. The cottage is located in Bratten, a beautiful area, and only 500 meters from the water. From the Kaufmannshof you can walk across the dunes to a very family-friendly beach. There is also a nice bathing jetty that can be reached via a ramp from the dunes. This way wheelchair users can easily get to the beach.
At the Kaufmannshof there is a public playground.
