There was a problem with the heating system. Could not get the thermostat to work or the baseboard heaters to turn off. Desk tried to help and maintenance man tried hard to fix it. Management gave us the partial refund we requested.

We did enjoy having our dog stay with us on this trip . Overall the hotel was very accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and large. Outside area was terrific for walking the dog.

Vey clean room. Spacious and had everything we needed. No breakfast but a great place to get it is Stowe Bee Bakery & Cafe (only about 1 mile down the road)! I would recommend staying here when you are in the area.
