The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Nice soft sheets. The cleaning service did a good job. The lobby and grounds very nice. It’s a bare bones room, comfortable and has everything you need but nothing on the walls, very plain decor. The lighting in this particular room and bathroom was not bright enough so hard to do makeup. The room is very dark, doesn’t get much sunlight because of the woods behind this building. We stayed in the building at the very back of the property. Would be very handy to have an iron or steamer in the room for wrinkled clothes coming out of a suitcase. The grounds, pool, firepit are very nice. Pool was closed when we were there but they also have an indoor pool. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

A little pricey for what you get. Our room smelt like bleach when we arrived. I guess that means it was clean, though. The amenities were okay. The bed was comfy and very soft sheets. The customer service was very good. They texted often to check on how our stay was going and were prompt in responding if we needed anything. The key cards to the rooms did not work well during our stay. There was no safety latch in room to keep door secured and locked if traveling with young children. Our kids kept opening the door on their own, we had to pile suitcases in front of the door to keep them from wandering outside. The parking was easy and we parked right in front of our room on the first floor. Overall, I would have preferred different lodging.

Cozy rustic charm with good amenities. Variety of room options, convenient location to Stowe downtown, and walkable everywhere. Our room was clean, cozy, and contemporary. Opportunities were in the lack of lighting in front half of the room and shower head. Shower handle was touchy and thus too hot or too cold and water pressure was very low.

Beautiful view and coziness in a busy town

We stayed in Tall Timbers so we had parking immediately in front of our cabin. The view was gorgeous and the grounds felt secluded even though they were off the main road and close to many establishments.

Light was low, hard to see, room too hot even with AC, window screen needed to be fixed, strange low furniture, hard to find a surface to set anything down besides the bench. No dresser, awkward cramped closet with fridge & microwave in it, couldn’t use the TV streaming options without a Samsung account. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Noise at night from guests but may have been from a drunk wedding party.
