Perfect location. Loved the room, even nicer than the pictures. Paul came to ensure our check in went fine and explain the heating.... automatic fireplace was great. Only sorry we missed the breakfast as we left early the day the Pantry opened 😕. Wet rainy walk to Moss Glen Falls may have been the best part but we definitely enjoyed exploring Vermont!

The location downtown and the room were great, it had a small kitchette! We were in the parlor room on the first floor, complaint would be that the air conditioner could not keep up with the room. We had to have the windows open and it was raining so the room was muggy. Being on the first floor you could see into the room from the street so shades had to be down. The towels in the bathroom were amazing! I would stay again but not in the same room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Butler House. It is quaint and historic but it also offers all of the comfort and convenience needed. Check-in was simple, the place was neat and clean, and we would highly recommend Butler House.
