Convenient for Stornoway town centre. Comfortable stay.
The staff were delightful and very professional, breakfast was very good, hotel in a convenient location, other guests were well-behaved (sadly not always the case these days!)
Bedroom was lovely and exceptionally clean,only thing was that mattress was very uncomfortable and thin quilt for winter,although room was extremely warm throughout night
Dinner was absolutely lovely with a great carvery meal.that you can go for more ,but I had plenty
Staff extremely helpful and nothing was a bother
Hotel 5 mins from town centre and ferry terminus
Weather was beautiful,you must take a walk around castle grounds and the creed,wonderful
