We enjoyed our overnight stay at the weathervane. It was very good value for the money it cost. We had the breakfast included option and we're glad we did. The staff were very helpful indeed. We decided to have our evening meal there as well. We both really enjoyed the food which was cooked perfectly and the prices were very much cheaper than we pay in Essex.

Our first night we had terrible noise issues with a couple upstairs so didnt get much sleep at all however the staff tried to sort it out and refunded us the following morning, apart from that our stay there was ok , food was nice and staff wer lovely

The staff were very friendly. The bar and restaurant were closed but we received a message and a phone call explaining this offering to refund us, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. It was in a good area too, only issue was the bathroom had some black mould and the plastic water cups were very dirty.
