The owner, Jo, was very helpful with many recommendations, including restaurants and the best way to visit Alton Towers. The setting is very quaint, quiet, and peaceful with ample parking. There was a delicious hot breakfast with many menu options including local traditional foods. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We recently stayed at the Bee hive on a trip to Alton Towers. Had a wonderful stay, Jo was so friendly, welcoming & very knowledgeable about Alton towers & the surrounding area. The Bee Hive is situated in a peaceful lovely little village only minutes from Alton Towers and close to local amenities & restaurants. The Bee Hive was immaculate, warm & homely, we had a lovely breakfast from Jo both mornings. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

This was our second time coming too the Bee Hive Guest House and what I can say it was excellent from start too finish! Jo was amazing host as per usual the room was always cleaned and fresh and their breakfast is lovely! Highly recommend this place espically if your going too Alton towers! Also Jo knows a lot about Alton towers!

Excellent accommodation & service

We stayed here two nights for our visit to Alton Towers and it was the perfect location. The hosts Jo and Steve provided excellent service; their restaurant recommendations were brilliant and their breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable and we would highly recommend.
