Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff are friendly but not professionals . Overall, requires major improvement before it is advertised .
