We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, near to Yarm and Preston Park Museum. Also it was only half an hour's drive to Saltburn by the Sea. Everything was lovely, breakfast, room, staff etc, but the Health Spa was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it!

The only down side was there,s no lift upto rooms. Abit awkward if you are disabled, and unware of This. Other then that a great stay. Staff were amazing, and loved the wellness centre, and spa. Beautiful hotel all round. Food especially breakfast was perfect. Very clean in rooms too, and comfortable

What a great place! Clean comfortable & friendly

Really enjoyed our overnight at Parkmore. Highly recommend staying here. Everything ready at checkin staff were friendly and helpful. Great amenities including pool wet and dry sauna jacuzzi. Showers and toilets nice and clean with soap provided. Really enjoyable stay.

Perfect hotel for a night stay before flight. The mattress was sagging a bit and toilet was clogged. The spa area was very nice and staff and food was delicious. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff. The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back.

I arrived and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I waiting’s 5-10 minutes then wandered around looking for staff. Found a kitchen team member who went to find someone. Waited another 5 minutes. Got checked in. Room was cold. Missed dinner due to delays. Shower started lovely and warm, within seconds of stepping in became cold. Had to suffer a cold shower. No hairdryer in the room. Checked out. Mentioned the issues. Receptionist was totally unbothered. Breakfast was nice. A very disappointing experience for a premium hotel.
