Welcome to our loved 5-year-old home! Located in a safe, quiet and convenient area in South Tracy, the home features an oversized kitchen with a 12-foot island opening to the dining and great room- perfect for large families and entertainment! Spacious master bedroom, dedicated workspaces, double-sink bathrooms with bathtubs, and tankless water heater (Not worrying about running out of hot water). Backyard offers a patio with a pergola, swings for kids, fruit trees, and a grassy area. A neighborhood park, Veteran’s park, and ACE train nearby.

The space
This home has about 2700 SqFt living space with a well-maintained backyard. Gourmet full kitchen with an oversized island. 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus laundry room, are upstairs. Office room with French door is downstairs and far from the entertaining area.

Family reunion in Tracy.

Very nice, clean, and spacious place to stay at. The entire family enjoyed their stay. We all had nice comfortable beds to sleep in. It was a great retreat from all the running around preparing for our family reunion. The backyard had a calming effect. We spent a lot of time in the backyard. We wanted to stay longer but it was time for us to go!

Very Enjoyable Stay

This large home has plenty of room inside for a large group. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Lisa was easy to communicate with, checked with me regularly, and was very helpful for my first time renting a VRBO. Highly recommended.

Great choice!

This beautifuproperty was in a very nice safe neighborhood a 30-minute drive from Modesto, CA where we attended a wedding and family reunion. The house was in superior condition, very comfortable and the cleanest vrbo property we have ever used and we have rented no less than thirty over the years. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we wished we had more time to use it. The car bed was a huge hit for our 11-year-old grandson. Lisa was responsive and easy to work with. We could not have wished for better.
