The staff was ok. But.... they said because it was a "3rd party / Expedia reservation" ... they gave us a handicap room on the bottom floor. We asked for 3rd floor but no go! Many children above floors were running late at night & started at 6:30 am again and it sounded like a buffalo herd. Needless to say we are donecwith Hilton.
