The air conditioning in our room had a terrible odor when it was turned on, Smelled kind of moldy. Some of the front desk staff were kind of rude. Although there was a distinct young lady, who was very nice.

Terrible Service from Hotels.com and the Hotel

I’m extremely upset about my stay and with hotels .com, I was booking my room and signed up for a credit card associated with you. Through your site and after it was complete , it took me back and booked the room . When I arrived my room was not what I wanted , I. Chose a king and when I got to my room it was dual beds . So I talked to Kayla I do believe at the hotel and she refused to re/room me. Told me I needed to contact hotels .com. So I did, and spoke with Braylon who also refused to help me and ended our chat before I was done talking . Which really upset me! So I got to my room to feeling I was in a circus with running going around . At 11. Pm trying to sleep there were slamming doors and yelling going on which the front desk did nothing about , I would like to be compensated for this . I’m without words for how I was treated by hotels.com and by the hotel and the front desk .

Ver convenient location, as it’s easily accessible from freeway. There are several restaurants, grocery shops and mall within a few blocks. Staff is very friendly and polite. Well worth the cost
