They said Expedia did not cancel the reservation for first night wed ( as I confirmed with Expedia on Tue. ) the rude person at the desk treated me as some lier and said I was a “no show on the 14th. He also said he had cancelled my reservation for this evening and never offered me a room. He further said that happens with 3rd party reservations. Upset at being treated like a criminal and being told I was charged for previous night I was upset and disappointed after a 12 hour work day. I drove all the home that night. Expedia was apologizing and said I will get refund for reservation that was cancelled with Fairfield Tue. Fairfield had no kind words or even offered a room in spite of empty parking lot. even after I showed him confirmation text from expedias contact at Fairfield .

The room was great! No stains on towels, sheets, or dirt. Bathroom and bed was excellent. Great water pressure from the shower. Free breakfast and excellent service and staff. I truly appreciate the staff's hard work. I would definitely come back again. I am a really happy costumer. 5 Stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Room door was not closed all the way it seems the door was not connected properly to the frame. We had to put the iron stand to feel safe. There was no extra chair only one at the desk. The second person had to sit on the bed. There was no bathtub plastic to prevent person from slipping. The curtain was torn in many places The lady supervising breakfast was friendly. Area to breakfast was very tight you cannot pass between tables.
