Whether you are travelling to the Central CA/Stockton area on business or for personal reasons, find peace and quiet in this 55 and older planned community. This beautiful home has one bedroom available, with a private, full bath. THIS IS A HOME SHARE There is a washer and dryer available for your use while travelling. Full home privileges to enjoy a meal in the kitchen and formal dining room. Living room with a cozy fireplace. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and shaded with a seasonal pool/hot tub nearby.

The space
The bedroom has a closet, queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, headboard, footboard, nightstand, portable fan, and small ironing board available. curtains and blinds are provided for privacy. All bedding and towels are provided.

32 inch smart/Roku TV recently added in the bedroom.

All needed linens, bedding, blankets and pillows are provided. Towels are also provided.

Food/eating is only allowed in the kitchen/dining area - not in the living room, bedroom or other areas of the home, please.

Guest access
Parking is available on the cul-de-sac as long as your vehicle is not blocking a neighbors driveway.

Other things to note
Furniture in the home now is different than pictured as the furniture pictured was for real estate staging when the home was purchased (recently). My home is well furnished and I hope you find it very comfortable while you are here.

**Please note: NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the home/or on the property.**

Also, meals are not provided but, there are kitchen privileges available during your stay. Stove, dedicated microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffeemaker are all available for your use.

Maximum stay allowed: 2 weeks.

I have 1 very friendly dog, so, NO PETS please.
