The hotel was great. Even though one of the rooms was small, I was able to get switched to a slightly larger one that has a desk. I enjoyed how clean the rooms were and the hotel in general. It was very convenient between the mall and the strawberry arena

The hotel was in a great location and convenient for getting around. Parking was a little tricky to find, but once we figured it out, it was manageable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Almost everything was cold, which made it far less enjoyable than expected. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and the overall stay was okay. If the breakfast quality improves, this would be a much better place to stay.

Super location to attend events at Strawberry Arena! Be aware that they could host after concert event. We were there for Bad Bunny and the after party finished at 4:30AM - we could hear the basses clearly from our room. By the way it was a super plus to have not to take any train after the concert.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Storing my luggage before check-in was no problem. I also found the room exceptionally clean; it felt as though everything was brand new. However, the ventilation system in the compact rooms is terrible. Throughout the night, an ice-cold stream of extremely dry air blows continuously, and there is no way to turn it off.

The hotel did the job. I was attending the Hyrox event at Strawberry Arena. The hotel is convenient and the room was adequate . The breakfast was probably the best part providing a good range of food in a good environment. Also scores well in being convenient to the Westfield Mall which has excellent range of outlets and a large supermarket. Downsides are a lack of staff availability, no phone in the room to contact anybody. Also no safe to protect valuables. The keycard was temperamental and had to return to reception on arrival as could not gain access to room. So overall functional hotel with easy access to stadium and shopping mall. However hotel lacks the personal touch but this may not be an issue for some people. I understand that the trend now is for automated services rather than the personal touch.

All in all from the moment of arrival the staff were awesome and helpful, the facilities of breakfast was amazing. Sadly I couldn’t use the spa as I needed a dressing gown which unfortunately the hotel did not have facility to provide. Also the room was windowless and this wasn’t stated on the info, it just said compact room. Despite no window, the hotel is well placed to explore Stockholm. So I’d stay at the hotel again but make sure I had a room with a window. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned as I have been accustomed to with other hotels offering a daily automatic clean. But, I didn’t book the hotel. It was a treat from family. I enjoyed my visit to Stockholm and as a solo traveller it was a lovely trip.
