The room was very clean, staff extremely helpful, especially when recommending places to eat when we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was good although it was extremely busy. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay again!

Close to a tram and bus lines, very handy for getting into town. The room safe failed on us twice, which the staff dealt with, but they should really have taken the safe away when it failed the first time. The breakfast room gets very busy, but we ended up sharing the tables with some other lovely guests. Room was clean and adequate for a city break.

Our stay in the hotel was really great. It was very easy to access from the city center and Avicii arena. Room was very clean and our view from the room was spectacular! Absolutely amazing. Breakfast was very versatile and it was very good. Loved the little corner and own toaster for gluten free people. They also had options for vegans. Staff was very friendly, check in and check out went very smoothly. There were a lot of shops and restaurants close by and so is the public transport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Guests should be aware: stay only in hotels where your personal and payment information is securely protected. I urge the hotel to immediately address this issue and ensure that all guests’ private information is strictly protected.

My stay at this Best Western was a complete disappointment due to one serious issue: my personal billing information was given to another guest without my permission. This is a clear violation of privacy and basic professionalism. Instead of taking responsibility and providing a proper explanation, the staff made the situation even worse with contradictory and careless responses. A hotel that cannot protect guest information has no excuse. This experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.
