The hotel was unique. The location was wonderful for visiting Gamla Stan and environs. The shower in my basement room did not drain properly. I hope they can do something about that. It I would stay there again, for sure.

Great location and cool looking hotel, but awake all night due to very loud banging sounds from the hotel plumbing. Also no windows! Very warm dry air. No side lamps so had to use phone if we woke in the night.

Amazing historical hotel in the most beautiful location. Super easy to find and the staff were so sweet and beyond accommodating. We had a room with no windows but it was still the coolest stay we had on our whole trip! I highly recommend if you're into unique places to stay

The room was dirty - there was dried rice and other food particles stuck on the floor and carpet. There was a used floss pick next to the bed. When I complained to the receptionist, she was very rude and actually blamed me for this! I asked her to change the room and she said I was free to move out. With such an attitude of the staff and the filthy room, this hotel needs to be taken off the list on Hotels.com. I have pictures of the filthy room.
