The treatment from the staff wasn’t good for a five star hotel. I had issues when checking in. I had issues with the order of my food at the bar restaurant- not good food quality either. The hotel has a pool but you can’t use it unless you pay for “the spa treatment” They made feel really uncomfortable all the time. I have stayed at better five star hotels and won’t recommend this at all if you’re looking for that kind of experience.

This hotel is fantastic. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was regal and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to Gamla Stan and the palace and to Djurgarden. We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.
