Scandi City Tour

Room was well designed and all fixtures and fittings worked well. Small things like plenty hooks on walls appreciated. Chairs unupholstered and not very comfy Room not cleaned when we left 'Clean Room' tab on door. Recep said we should have asked thru recep. B'fast great and in-house Bistro also.

The dining options were really limited and the staff were so rude. My bed was dirty when I got there and I asked them for clean sheets and a clean towel which was dirty and they told me I couldn't have anything clean for 5 days even though I was just checking in and it was ridiculous. They gave me a twin sheet for a king bed and I had to wait two days just to get a clean sheet it sucked

We stayed in a family room, all of the beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. The bar in the lobby was fun (we even caught some live performances on Saturday night) and cocktails were good. Breakfast had several options, and was fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pinball machines too! It’s fairly close to Stockholm Central Station, and there are lots of public transit options nearby. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Stockholm.

Highly recommended with great vibe

Great base in Stockholm as part of a longer trip that allowed us to “recharge our batteries”, do our laundry etc. we ate dinner one night and had breakfast there and the food, service and general vibe were all really good. There are also options nearby for eating and drinking (and a great bakery up the road!) Highly recommended!
