The stafff was rude and the room was truly a disappointment the towels were stained my linens ar check in was not clean and had hair in pillows from other guest. The rooms were in a basement with out windows and you couldn’t eat or drink your own drink in the lobby. There were many issues with our stay. Right from the start, I received a parking ticket when checking in. Our room wasn't cleaned even after requesting several times. The front desk staff attempted to double charge me for parking, which was $50 per night. The parking garage was nearly impossible to find. The room had no windows and was located underground so felt like a bunker.
