Saknade sänglampor. Enligt hemsidan skulle det finnas hårtork. Min fru saknade en helkroppspegel. Toapapper saknades. Rummen var mycket rena och bra sängar. Synd att det inte går att casta TVn. Brandlarmet gick varje dag. En gång på natten.

Det går inte att komma i kontakt med detta hotell.

Katastrofal service på detta nybyggda hotell. Telefonnumret som anges på hemsidan är inte aktivt, och inte heller det som anges på hotels.com. Incheckningen blev en katastrof. Fick via SMS en nyckel, men får inte den att fungera när vi kommer fram. Ingen att kontakta och ingen som svarar på varken mejl eller support-telefonen. Det visade sig att nyckeln bara gick till rummets dörr, inte ytterdörren. Detta medförde att vi inte kunde komma in. Efter att ha tillbringat en timme utanför hotellet i försök att få tag i någon, träffar vi några utländska byggarbetare som kan förklara att det jobbar en kille på hotellet och att han bor på platsen. Tvingas väcka honom 23.30 och han kan då släppa in oss. Dagen efter på morgonen träffar vi en representant från hotellet som står utanför. Påtalar då vårt problem, men han bara säger att "ni borde fått en kod till ytterdörren också". Inte en ursäkt eller någon form av beklagande av hotellets misstag. Ännu idag, 6 dagar efter mitt mejl på kvällen vid ankomst har jag inte fått något svar eller förklaring från hotellet, trots lämnade meddelanden både via mejl och telefonsvar.

Ekebyhov hotel i 7 dagar

Rummet var absolut inte bra städat och det fanns massa mat rester kvar under kuddar i soffan. Golven var väldigt grusiga fortfarande, sedan var det mycket varmt på rummet och skulle inte vilja påstå att AC orkade kyla ned fast den gick för max. Man bör nog skapa en rökruta som är en bit ifrån hotellet och inte acceptera att de röker under ens rum så att all cigarettrök går rakt in i ens rum. I övrigt var rummen rymliga och bra, nödvändigaste fanns i köket och man kunde utan problem laga en måltid. Super med tvättmaskin på rummet så slipper man ta med sig massor utav kläder.

Det strulade med keyless men det löste sig. Trots att det är rökning förbjudet står dom utanför med entrédörren öppen. Luktade i hela korridoren. Usel klimatanläggning vilket gjorde det olidligt varmt och fönsterna gick ej att öppna. Soptunnorna var överfulla vilket medför att det luktar illa och skator släpade iväg med allt möjligt. Ur miljösynpunkt var sortering av sopor usel.
