Location is great! Very nice and spacious room, with a beautiful view overlooking the park. Front desk staff super helpful in offering an early check in which was much appreciated. Bathroom small but fine. Bed comfortable, except for annoyingly soft and flat pillows. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, especially on weekdays. Overall very nice stay, and would return, just didn’t like how busy it always was in the lobby area.

Booked a basic room, however on arrival the room window was actually overlooking the hotel corridor, anyone walking the corridor could look straight into the room! The room was also very warm with a small window overlooking the centre of the hotel - not much chance of any fresh air coming in! I called reception and they found me a different room which they said was better than before, the only difference was it didn't look direct at the corridor! Bar this, the spa is a nice touch, I paid around £20 to use this facility, breakfast is ok but they are very keen to clear it all away, both mornings they started taking things away 5 mins before the advertised close so for people like me that like to come down later for breakfast this wasn't very good. I probably would try a different hotel next time in Stockholm.

Visit to Stockholm

The location was convenient, the hotel is big and very busy, lots of people. The room was a side room, small, basic, cramped and dated. The shower was open and didn’t have curtains or door, so all the water spills to the floor and there is no way to avoid it…very stupid design and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but lame compared to other hotel such as the Thon hotels in Oslo as example….it was good but nothing amazing.
