The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near Central Station so getting around was easy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with tons of options, including local cuisine and fresh ingredients. Very close to Gamla Stan, which is a must see!

Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful Hotel 💫. The only thing, my friends, my cousin and I wanted to eat some burgers that we bought from maxs and they told us that we couldn’t eat it there. It was the lobby in the hotel by the bar. We’re guests we should be able to eat in the lobby.

Nice hotel with good breakfast in a good location. The only negative point, and a key point to note if you want a hotel with a pool, is that there is an additional charge each time to use the pool which is in the small print. When I raised this with Hotels.com they took a long time to find it in the hotel's small print and agreed that this was very poor of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, absolutely loved the gym and the modern atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good but advertised having an omelet bar which was the main reason I spent so much to eat breakfast there. Only to find out they don't have the omlelet bar during the summer. So that was a huge let down for me personally

Being a supposed “VIP” didn’t get us the pool access nor the breakfast. Wasn’t told until check in that it would be over $70 per person for both per night. We had 3 rooms booked for 3 adults and a teen.

The hotel is very big with a lot rooms and therefore it is a little bit crowded. During the breakfast hours it was difficult to find a table and also waiting time in front of the elevators was high. In addition, the lobby space is too small for such a big hotel. But in general, the location is great and you can reach everywhere by walk. The staff is helpful.

Nice facility in a good location to downtown. Only issues were the cost of parking, set by the City and that we were not informed at registration when the combined 2 separate bookings into 1 that our key cards would need to be renewed when the second stay started. This was an convenience. They had set it up so we did not need to change rooms.
