Great location, lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was cleaned each day. Hotel was just a block from the train station and a few hundred yards from the old town. Highly recommend.

Great location within new town, steps away from the train and main shopping streets. Comfortable room, with weights for working out, hangers and hooks, and even a chandelier in the bathroom! Desk staff was very nice, free breakfast in restaurant convenient. Several shared lounge spaces with comfortable couches to relax in during the rainy evenings.

Excellent service from all staff, and particularly Maria who was amazing on reception. We have stayed many times, and will continue to use Central Hotel as our only choice when we come to Stockholm. Breakfast was very good as always, with plenty of choice for all, and the hotel could not be better located for exploring Stockholm. Thanks again for another amazing stay.

Very cozy hotel with great location close to everything. Right next to the tunnel-bahn, restaurants & shopping. Kind staff and nice clean rooms. Only upgrade the hotel should consider is the flatscreens. Very small & old. Said strange noises. Breakfast was delicious.

Across from Central Station with many restaurants nearby. I was even able to walk to the old city of Gamla Stan in less than 20 minutes. Their breakfast is excellent. Rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was the elevator that broke down several times during my stay. Those with mobility problems will have a hard time carrying their luggage up and down the stairs.

Wonderful location, right next to T-Centralen metro lines, opposite Stockholm central station and Arlanda Express. Restaurants and shopping centers are walkable distance. Very convenient and safe for solo travelers even with large luggage’s.

Super convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station! The hotel itself and the rooms were both beautiful, clean, and I really loved my stay. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water. That said, tap water is perfectly safe to drink as well. There’s a shopping mall and a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which made it very convenient for buying souvenirs. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely stay here again.

Best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, let alone for free at a hotel! Would come back just for that alone. The room was very clean, loved that it had LVP flooring and no carpet. Enjoyed that the windows open pretty wide, as the room did not have air conditioning. There is a fan in the room for circulating air, appreciated that since it was rather hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The woman at the front desk was very friendly/helpful and we loved that. Would definitely recommend, especially during cooler times when no AC isn't an issue.

Great location, short distance from express train to airport and virtually next door to T-Centralen public transport complex entrance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff welcoming and helpful. Luggage store if che king out before leaving city. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed, coffee machine, kettle, safe, large TV (with apps). Bathroom ok but care needed not to get water from shower all over the floor when opening the shower enclosure. Only downside of the room in summer is the lack of a/c and a fan that just moves the hot air around. Breakfast was excellent. Lot of choice and well stocked. "Speciality" coffee eg expresso, latte available for an additional charge but filter coffee or range of teabags provided. Would be happy to stay there again if in the area.

Very nice stay, little extras were nice! The breakfast was wonderful one of best. A reason I will not recommend or return was due to a luggage issue in which the not so nice lady at the front desk said I could not store it even though I paid for the room. All other hotels near this one allowed it for each day before the check-in time. I will choose those next year when I return & not recommend this hotel to my friends. It cost me more money than I expected to pay because she made me store my 1 bag at Central Station.
