Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and a friendly and attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is located close to public transportation and there are dining options close by (within walking distance). The area around the hotel is very quiet on weekends

This hotel has become my go-to for trips to Stockholm but its has one glaring flaw that desperately needs fixing. The curtains bleed too much light and in the summer months when the sun rises as early as 03:00 it gets really uncomfortable. Helpful staff, clean rooms, generous breakfast.

The hotel itself deserves a 5 star rating however based on mine and my friends personal experience with front desk staff member Rachel it will get a one star review. She was extremely rude and said she did not care about our stay or the fact that we were not informed about the 9:30am breakfast cut off time. She got into a verbal fight with my friend and said she didn’t care about our stay or the fact that we wanted to speak with management.
