Misleading
When we booked the property, it was listed as a 5bedroom, 5 bath property. We arrived and had access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. While speaking with the owner she told us that the 5th bedroom was only available to parties of more than 15 people, a contradiction to her earlier message that we would have full property access aside from the basement and some storage areas. She told us that the 5th bedroom could not be made available because it was being used as storage. During our stay we had a few other issues such as two people of our party of 13 not being able to take baths at the same time due to water pressure issues, having to spin our plates manually in the microwave due to the wrong dish as well as a strange man showing up near the end of our stay and walking around the side of the house where our children were playing. When I confronted him, he stated that he was looking for the owner. We made the best of our stay and the home is truly not a bad property but we felt that we were misled and as a result our son had to sleep on an inflatable bed that we purchased. Since then VRBO has had the homeowner change the listing. Sad…
