A bright 50-square-meter apartment located on the first floor (access via stairs) of a small villa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Le Vele residence, just 1.9 km from the magnificent La Pelosa beach and the town center of Stintino.



The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large furnished terrace.

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, and ceiling fan;

- BEDROOM 2 with bunk beds (two single beds) and a dresser;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, table and chairs, split A/C, ceiling fan, and a terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, oven, and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE furnished with wooden tables and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline.



PLEASE NOTE: There is NO heating, and air conditioning is available only in the living room/kitchenette.

The TV does NOT work.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Alghero Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
