The cottage is located in a quiet area about 500 meters from the sea. It consists of a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a small hallway. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Outside, there is a large covered patio with a table and chairs, a countertop with a sink and a barbecue, an outdoor shower made of Sardinian stone with hot water, and a spacious sun deck. There is also an outdoor shower on the lower level; in total, there are 4 showers. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, as well as bed linens and towels.
