I don’t recommend this place! The location is good but the property is very outdated. Plus it needs maintenance! Kitchen lights were mainly out so it was hard to cook with limited light. Air conditioning kept turning off during the night bc it needs maintenance as well. We also had a big disappointment when we got to the property at 10:30pm to find out everything dirty. They didn’t clean the place for us. We were exhausted and needed to shower and go to bed but we couldn’t. I contacted the property manager and first she said the cleaners would come the next day and I was like….What? How are my family and I supposed to sleep in used sheets and dry ourselves with dirty towels? There were no replacement linen at the property at all. Then the manager sent the cleaners and they arrived at 11:30pm and we ended up going to bed at 1am after a 2 and half hour drive to get there. It was so stressful. My 6 year old twins were crying bc they just wanted to rest and couldn’t. Another main problem…if you want to relax and sleep late, just forget about it! The bathroom pipes from the upstairs apartment runs through the bedroom wall and when they flush you wake up with a noise of a loud banging sound. The next door neighbor had a dog barking at 7 am near our bedroom window as well. Anyway, you won’t relax. You have to keep waking up to flip the power switch for the air conditioning and then you can’t even sleep late. Nightmare on Elm Street!
