Views to the Bolinas Lagoon from the Queen bed in the detached 4th bedroom, a slider to the front patio and has its own brand new bathroom and shower. The game room is accessible from this cottage complete with a pool table for family fun. The Bolinas lagoon as well as the Mt Tamalpais ridge are right outside the front door. The open space across the street is a perfect spot to bird watch, play horse shoes and even fly a kite.
