My family and I arrived to the hotel on Saturday in the middle of the night. I read very good reviews of the property and we stayed in Holiday inn hotels before without any problem. The check in was easy, the people in the front desk and the dinning room were very friendly and helpful. The food was ok. We arrived to the room and was clean but when one of my kids was ready to take a shower I noticed something in inside of the drain. I can see that from where I was standing It look like a small rocks, so because I didn’t want the bathtub was full of water while she was showering I trying to put the things out and it was something wired I can explain what it was something bland like a piece of fruit and a lot of hair, so I grab one of the coffee mixer and put whatever was in the trash can. I had some Lysol, so I sprayed all the bathtub and the surrounding areas. I noticed a hanger that wasn’t from the hotel in the bathroom,so I just removed the hanger and put it in the side of the trash can but I feel that the room wasn’t clean, so next day after arrived to the room the garbage was gone but the hanger still in the floor and the sheets of the bed weren’t well made. The bed were very uncomfortable we woke up with bad back pain even my 15 years old son have a back pain. There were small thing but altogether is a big deal. So definitely I not going to stay again in that hotel maybe in another holiday inn but definitely not in this location.
