• Guest limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of guests specified at the time of booking. For additional visitors, please contact us in advance.
• Eco-friendly: Environmental protection is important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.
• Punctuality appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you are running late.
• Thorough Check-out: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure and leave it as tidy as you found it.
• Open communication: If something is not in order during your stay or is accidentally broken, please let us know—small mishaps can always happen.
• Safety First: Please make sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to keep your personal belongings secure.
