Every boat has a story. The Captain is named for a real sea captain — a father who spent his life at sea aboard liners, cargo ships, and supertankers. His daughter restored this 1989 Silverton, christened him in her father's memory, and wrote a book aboard him: The Captain's Daughter. That tribute is now your floating Chesapeake getaway — two private cabins, two en-suite baths, full galley, and sunset views over Herring Bay at Shipwright Harbor Marina in Deale, Maryland. The Captain stays docked; cruises and charters are not currently included.
