"The place is good for what it is. The pictures on hotels.com is misleading. It made it look as if it were a mountain lodge! It is not in a good part of town. It is right off the freeway, which is good and bad. It is noisy. Its in the industrial area and trash in the neighborhood (but property itself was clean). The place was good for us because we just needed a place to sleep after visiting Mt. Hood area or Columbia River Gorge. For that, it was a very convenient launch point. The coffee was surprisingly good. The "Home Suite" Hilton style setup was useful for our groceries and leftovers. This is no place where you want to chill. Its somewhere below a Hampton Inn and Motel 6. Overall, if you want a more traditional hotel experience, this isn't it. If you're looking for just a comfortable place to sleep and convenience to outdoor hikes, this would work or rent something farther east."

"Directions into the resort is a little challenging. Signage could be better to direct you to the office for checkin. There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. We used the soak & body wrap spa treatment. There was some maintenance with loud noises being done outside the room, so it wasn't as calming and relaxing as it should have been. The restaurant has a happy hour from 3-4 daily with very nice options and pricing."

"The place was amazing! The staff was super friendly on the way in, the lady we had checking out seemed not so sincere. But everybody else on staff seemed really enjoyable and kind! The place itself was beautiful and well kept up in the bedroom and bed were fantastic! Definitely would come back"

"Remodel is super nice, the rooms look great, but the water pressure in the shower is horrible. Pet friendly rooms are great, nice and clean. Pet area outside was dangerous. No grass just weeds and different thrones and stickers they had to trample on."
