Our check in was fine. The room size seemed fine; but the toilet was broken when we got there, and we told the front desk about it and they did not fix it. The bathroom sink would not drain. The breakfast food was nasty and cold. The biscuits were not edible. I asked for a ground floor room and was not accommodated. I am disabled and can not walk well. I had to walk two flights of stairs to get to our room. The beds, though comfortable did not appear to be queen size. The toilet was very low and not comfortable at all.

For the most part, it was fine. There were some annoyances though. The hot tub barely had any power in its jets. The internet was wonky - when I first went to sign in, it asked for my last name and room number, but when I went to fill it in, the screen changed and asked for a passcode. I couldn't find anything that told me what the passcode was. I called downstairs three times and no one answered. I finally called tech help. Then, once I was online, it kept shutting down.

The room was very nice - clean and big. The pool area could use some upgrades; the tile is broken around the pool edge and the hot tub. The hot tub jets didn't work, but the temperature was good. Breakfast had lots of options

You can tell that they have been updating the property over the last few years. There were a few cosmetic fit and finish issues with missing or broken trim pieces, but the room was clean, smelled nice and more importantly, the beds were comfortable. The staff was super nice and very welcoming!

When we checked in the guy at the front desk gave us a 12pm check out time. The next day we were woken up twice by someone who just walking into a room to clean it b4 noon. Didnt even knock. Lock the security latch for sure. After they left the front desk called the room and it wasnt even noon yet.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at the Comfort Suites. The only thing that my husband and I wasn't very fond of was the height of the bathroom toilet. It was too short!!!
