Booked a room for a cheerleading competition and the room we stayed in was less than expected!! The bathroom was gross, black mold on the shower curtain and faucet... Dirty & dusty everywhere The sheets and pillow cases has yellow stains in them and candy wrappers under the bed skirt like the room was extremely poorly cleaned. Our heat was not working and the air conditioning was on, when it came to the breakfast it was cereal mini muffins and toast was not allowed to eat in our room and while we had to eat downstairs the weird creepy guy that works there sat close enough to watch everyone and constantly stared at people while they ate... No washer and drier... Nobody was ever at the desk for help with questions and concerns... They also take 100$ from you even after you pay for the room for a security deposit instead of a card on file. Disgusted with our stay and the pictures are decivng The beds where not queen beds they where fullsize as well. Not happy about the money spent at such a dirty place

My family booked a total of 4 rooms. A suite. Queen and two double beds. Check in was easy and fast. But. Staff walking around bare foot . All through halls and behind desk. Hole in ceiling with exposed wiring. As well as exposed wiring on the door card scanner, mold in shower. I took pics. Stayed here 3 times before. Idk if its new management? But not booking again.

Room need to cleaned/replace items and fill hole in ceiling. Shower curtain looks like there is small spots od blood on it, sheets and pillow cases are more of a yellowish color not white. Bedding had some other coloring issues as well like brown spots. Round hole in ceiling with wires like they took down a light or something and never replaced/filled the hole.

Hotel was very clean. Room was great! I was charged an unexpected $100 room deposit. And then when I went to check out, there was no one at the counter. I ended up talking to someone through a television. So I'm not sure if my card will be credited back the deposit fee.
