Hi, we were not able to stay in the house at all. When we walked in there was a dead animal smell, cockroaches running on the floors.the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. So we left within 30 minutes of check in. I have contacted the owner many times and have no response yet on a refund.

Cute, clean and the perfect location

Check in was a breeze, the property is maintained and orderly. Very cute DIY decor, comfortable beds, all kitchen tools, appliances and dishes supplied. Clean towels in every room. The neighbors are friendly and accommodating. Great for a large family with smaller children as there were toys and bassinet available. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but very conveniently located between the older downtown and the newer shopping developments. We attended events at both ends of town and found the location of the property perfect. We never drove more than 15 minutes to any event. It is an older home in an older neighborhood and does not have central air, so bring a fan in the hotter months if you plan on hanging out at the house, but for us it didn't matter because we were out and about from daylight till dawn. Also, as a side note, the American Legion on 7th street serves the most delicious food and beverages at a very reasonable price. The owner of the property was very accommodating, the residents were very helpful and friendly and the American Legion was very welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
