A dedicated kitchen and living room area is also present, equally benefiting from balcony access and the same breathtaking panorama. 1 double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and is served by a separate shower and WC. The remaining 2 double bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and include their own private shower, bidet, and WC, with direct access to the balcony. It is important to note that these 2 double rooms with shower and WC are located outside the main apartment unit, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
