The living and dining area is warm and inviting, featuring gas heating and direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The kitchen and living room are combined into a conveniently shared space, also offering access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. The first bedroom is a double room fitted with 1 double bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and include a private en-suite shower, bidet, and WC. A separate shower, bidet, and WC is also available as an additional bathroom within the property. It is important to note that 2 double rooms with shower and WC are located outside the apartment itself, with no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
