The house consists of a newly built guest house with 6 bright multi-bed rooms with 4 to 7 beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as in the main building of a 80m² multi-purpose room for project work, taking meals, kitchen and stove. The main house and the new building are connected. During construction, great importance was attached to the use of ecological building materials such as clay and natural colors. The heating-hot water supply is supported by a solar system and a fireplace. There are enough parking spaces available on the property.
