Wir waren absolut begeistert vom Hotel Urban. Die vielen negativen Bewertungen können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel liegt malerisch am Ossiacher See, mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser – ein wahres Paradies. Das Zimmer war modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Außenbereich mit einem tollen Poolbereich ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Besonders schön ist, dass der Outdoor-Pool mit dem Indoor-Pool verbunden ist, sodass man bei gutem Wetter von drinnen nach draußen schwimmen kann. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man den Innenbereich genießen. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls sehr schön und bietet einen perfekten Rückzugsort zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend – eine riesige Auswahl an frischen und regionalen Produkten, es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Hinweis: Es gibt kein Abendessen im Hotel, aber in der Umgebung findet man viele gute Restaurants, die man leicht erreichen kann. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wer sich von den alten Bewertungen abschrecken lässt, verpasst definitiv ein tolles Hotel!

In need of renovation

Medelmåttigt hotell med en fin utsikt och bra läge. Behövs renovering på flera områden, ganska slitna rum och ostädad spa avdelning. Hela intrycket av Hotellet var väldigt spretigt med hemmagjorda lagningar, halvtrasiga strandparasoll, räcken på bryggan etc. Bra läge vid sjön som höjjer helheten men utan det inte mer än 2 stjärnor.

Hotel direkt am See

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön, direkt am See. Es hat ein Hallenbad. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein nettes Restaurant. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, schönes Badezimmer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ein super Familienhotel, sehr kinderfreundlich. Sauberkeit war auch top. Das Essen war super, es hätte nur ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben können. Hat aber trotzdem ausgereicht. Der Ausblick und direkt am See zu sein waren wundervoll.
