The manager and front desk person and bell person were incredibly helpful an accomodating! Cons: The food was really expensive for the quality. The first room I got had exhaust fans right outside the door - loud and awful to look at. 2nd floor rooms have bummer views.

Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter.

The property was nice as well as hotel staff. Our hotel room over looked a building top which was less than desirable considering the fact that we were in such a beautiful spot with amazing views.
