The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor
