Majestic Park | 4BR, Core Trail & Free Bus

Summary:

Majestic Park is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome in the Majestic neighborhood. It was updated in 2021 and sleeps 10. The neighborhood backs onto a protected wetland along the Yampa River, so you can walk out to the Core Trail. The free city bus stops about 50 yards away and gets you to the ski base in about 10 minutes. Two covered balconies look out at the sunset over Emerald Mountain.



The Space:

Three floors. The kitchen, living and dining area is open, with a fireplace. Two covered balconies face Emerald Mountain, and outside there's a fire pit and a BBQ grill.

Bedrooms (sleeps 10):

– Bedroom 1: King bed

– Bedroom 2: Queen bed

– Bedroom 3: Queen bed

– Bedroom 4: Queen bed and bunk bed

Also: heated garage for skis and gear, pack 'n play and high chair, laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's no air conditioning (fans are provided).



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhome to yourselves. Your door code is the last 4 digits of the booker's phone number, and we'll send it again the morning of check-in (Nest/Yale smart lock).



You have 2 reserved parking spots: 1 in the heated garage and 1 labeled UNIT 1/805 in front of the building. More guest spots are first come, first served. Please never park or unload in the shared alley, where you'll be fined.



The Neighborhood:

Majestic is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of full-time residents, backing onto a protected wetland along the Yampa River. Walk out to the Yampa River Core Trail, a flat, paved path that runs along the river all the way downtown, past parks, the botanic gardens and hot springs. The river is great for fishing, tubing and paddleboarding, and you'll often see sandhill cranes, eagles and otters. The grocery store and the ski area are about 5 minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

The free city bus stops at the entrance to the neighborhood ("Majestic Circle" stop), about 50 yards from the front door, and gets you to the ski base in about 10 minutes. Take the Orange line in winter and the Green line in summer; the RouteShout 2.0 app has schedules and live tracking. The bus also runs downtown and to the grocery stores.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours (9 PM to 9 AM). A noise monitor on the property sends an alert if noise exceeds set levels during quiet hours.
