The staff is wonderful. We stayed in a loft room that was clean and cozy. Great views. And an evening in the hot tub and pool was a treat.

I wanted to like this place. It’s spacious and clean enough. The staff was friendly. The rate seemed reasonable. But, but, but, I have to wonder how safe it is. We had electrical and plumbing issues everyday we were there. We spent a significant amount of time tracking down staff to fix these electrical and plumbing issues. The baseboard heater in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working.and the room was very cold. We used the hotel wall-mounted blow dryer another day and it blew out enough to melt the cord. The sink in the kitchen clogged up and backed up into the bathroom sink. We were asked to move to another room on Thanksgiving and it took hours of us waiting around to move to the new room that was being cleaned. The manager asked if we’d like to be comped another visit. No, thank you. We asked to have one day of our four-day visit refunded instead based on the fact that we spent a part of each day working on getting things repaired. He told us he’d get back to us. He did not, but instead waited for us to ask at reception where we were told that the hotel would refund our resort fees instead, which was significantly less than our request. The resort fees still haven’t been removed a week later. We were always polite and they were willing to take all our money with limited responsibility. Nothing worked in the end. Stay somewhere else.

Arrived at checkin time (4:00), told to come back at 6:00. Returned at 6:00 - room still not ready - waited an additional hour in the lobby. Next day requested a roll of toilet paper, because the only one in the room was less than 1/2 roll -!we were told it would be delivered in about 5 minutes - it arrived an hour later...

I loved the mountain view and the staff was very friendly. The hot tub was also very nice. For a property that is a little aged, the place is very clean and comfortable.

The location of the property had excellent mountain views. The downside was the drive up the "road" to the hotel. There were so many deep potholes that it was a trick to zig and zag between them. Also the handicap ramp was in such disrepair that you had to lift the cart over the broken concrete. Don't think we will be back.
