Awful experience. Tried checking in on time (4pm) and after waiting 2 hours for our room to be ready we gave up and booked a new hotel. Really hope hotels.com will help with a refund or something in return due to the struggle it caused. I’ve never had a hotel or resort tell you they won’t know when your room will be ready after the assigned check in time. We had dinner reservations we couldn’t miss and plans made. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Highly recommend finding another place to stay
