End unit on second level with no one above! 2 minute drive to the 2 parking lots for the ski area, or take the free town bus just a few steps away. Includes the use of the one car garage attached heated garage and one parking space in front of the garage. No pets per condo HOA rules. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and cooking needs. 4 overnight Occupants maximum. Any combination of adults and children. Town of Steamboat quiet hours start at 10 PM and please be considerate with quiet hours.
