The private patio can be accessed from the living room and the primary bedroom and is just steps away from the amenity building.

As of Nov 2024, the living space and bedrooms have been refurnished, residence now enjoys LVP flooring, new furniture in living room, dining space and bedrooms, and has been repainted throughout.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings. we loved our stay here. the room sizes and amount of bathrooms were great for 2 families with young children. the location is right on the mountain, easy to walk to the gondola. we definitely want to stay again!

Every time we stay at these properties, we love it. The staff is great and the location is amazing!

You just can't beat the location. We always enjoy the pool and hot tub. The condos are always clean and nice. We try to stay here every time we go to Steamboat.

We had a wonderful stay here - me, husband, daughter and two young children. Really appreciated the one level so no stairs for the babies (1 and 3) and also outdoor patio for them to play. The hot tub/pool/sauna area was great, as well as the firepit, enjoyed making s'mores there. A very comfortable, beautiful spot with easy access to the slopes. We took a couple nice hikes up the mountain! Overall, a great family vacation.

We had the most fabulous time at Chateau Chamonix! 5 of us stayed here for my Bachelorette party, and the space was perfect. The location was clean, there was plenty of room, we loved the walk-out patio, and I would come back in a heartbeat.Al at the front desk was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us lots of local recommendations, and showed us all the amenities available to us. He went out of his way to provide a DVD player for us and even brought a bottle of prosecco for our special occasion. Staying here in mid-May off-season made for a wonderfully quiet trip. Thank you for the hospitality, Chateau Chamonix!

Great location for our family enjoying Steamboat over the Summer. Love that you can walk right outside to the slope, and the pool and deck area are right next door to the condo. Rooms were big. Beds comfy. Will bookmark this one for sure.

Great rental

Location was ideal, a short walk to the base of the mountain to activities/shops/restaurants or the gondola. Bedrooms were great for two families having two masters. The condo is right next to the pool, the only complaint is that the pool lights shine into the bedroom even with the curtains. Overall, it was a great stay and would go back.

Truly ski in / ski out

Amazing location, put on your skis right off the patio, ski down to the gondola and you're off for the day. Ski right back for a quick lunch and right back out for the afternoon. Short walk just a hundred yards or so down the hill to the base for whatever you need. Check in and out was as easy as could be. Thanks for a great trip!

We stayed during the summer - the location is MUCH better than expected. The outdoor grill & pool were 5 feet from the condo... grilled out while the kids played in the pool. There is a huge firepit next to the grill as well.Walk down to the town area in 1 minute. The front-desk person, Alan, was great and very helpful.Will stay here again.To the owner - I would post more pictures about the location of the condo to really show how great the location is for people who haven't been to Steamboat before.

Glorious birthday

We came to Steamboat to celebrate my birthday and run the spring creek trail race. It was simply glorious to have such comfortable, well-equipped lodging. We were able to cook a gourmet meal because the kitchen was well stocked with pans and other utensils. We were able to do post-race recovery in the pool. Thank you - it was an amazing birthday!

Great space for family

We had a great stay with family. We never felt crowded. There were some minor repairs that need to be made but overall it is a nice, comfortable place to stay with family. We would love to stay again.
