Charming & Rustic Ambiance: Our home has been lovingly remodeled, preserving its cozy mountain character while providing all the modern amenities you desire. Think warm wood accents, a crackling fireplace (perfect for après-ski!), and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxation.

Perfect for Families & Friends: A comfortable space for everyone with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and a crib) and 1 bathroom, a welcoming mudroom and office downstairs with two screens and a large deck overlooking the Yampa Valley with Emerald Mountain and views of the Flattops. A spacious driveway makes parking a breeze. Talk to us about your specific situation and we are happy to hide or provide items for a baby/toddler (including baby proofing). We are also happy to offer up our e-bikes if interested, this is how we typically get to the resort if you're up for a sportier transport (at your own risk of course).

Fully Equipped for Your Comfort: Enjoy a thoughtful kitchen with a very large granite island perfect for preparing festive meals and including well stocked and organized dishes/pots/pans/utensils, etc., a 6 chair oak dining-room table, plenty of seating options on the expansive deck, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart big-screen TV, and everything you need for a truly unforgettable vacation.

Experience Steamboat's Charm: After a day on the mountain, explore downtown Steamboat Springs, known for its unique shops, delicious restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Prefer to stay mountain-side? You're perfectly positioned! Catch a free concert at the base, ascend the gondola for a sunset happy hour with incredible views, or indulge in a fantastic meal at one of the resort's many restaurants. The resort always has exciting events planned! For those cozy moments at home, build a fire in the wood stove inside or huddle around the fire pit outside, create a snow-fort in the yard, enjoy some sledding at the end of the cul-de-sac, or simply relax with a warm drink and take in the stunning mountain vistas from the comfort of the home.

This is our primary residence that we live in year-round with our baby daughter. With a temporary short-term rental license we are able to rent our home a max of 2 times per year and for a cumulative max of 30 days, because of this we are asking for a week-long minimum stay for each of the 2 occasions.
