With a free city bus stop directly in front of the complex, guests can easily access the ski area and downtown Steamboat Springs without the hassle of driving or parking. During ski season, the bus generally runs approximately every 20 minutes.

The open-concept main living area is designed for relaxing and spending time together after a day in the mountains.

The living room features a large sectional sofa, oversized armchair, gas fireplace, and flat-screen Smart TV with surround sound. Whether you're settling in for a movie night, playing games with the family, or unwinding by the fire, there is plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable.

Please note that the gas fireplace is seasonal and is inactive from May through November.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, from quick breakfasts and snacks to full family dinners.

The kitchen includes newer appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, essential cooking tools, and a selection of basic spices.

The hot tub is generally available during the winter and summer seasons and may be closed during the spring and fall off-seasons for maintenance or seasonal operations. Community amenities are managed by the HOA, and availability is subject to change.
