There was two apples in the basket. Waffle bucket was empty. The only thing I could eat was bagel, which was as hard as rock. This is a Motel 9 chain. Lamps were rusty. There were stains in the bath tub. Terrible experience!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and very inconvenient. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed that the bathroom had urine from previous guests still on it, the floors were dirty, and the shower curtains had mold. To make matters worse, even the pillows had mold on them. Whoever placed the pillowcases on the pillows had to have seen it, which was very concerning. The hotel did move us to another room, but unfortunately the second room also had urine stains/issues in the bathroom. By this point it was around midnight, and as a parent traveling with children, I did not have the time or flexibility to keep moving around or find another hotel, especially when you have already spent your money and are exhausted. I chose this hotel because the ratings appeared to be good, which is why I was shocked by the condition of the rooms. I have children, and one of my children is allergic to mold, making this even more concerning. I understand that things can happen, but management and staff should be doing a much better job inspecting rooms before allowing guests to check in. This experience was unacceptable, and unfortunately I will not stay here again. I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their rooms before settling in.

The room had a funny smell, walls were dirty, shower had dark mold or mildew surrounding tub, in and out, tub held water due to warp, and rings could be seen in these puddles. Toilet lid was barely attached to toilet. I would have tried to tighten it myself, however there was brown residue around this area. The sheets on the bed dis appear clean though.

Our room was recently remodeled and was nice and clean. Great value for the price. We like that this location is easy to walk to from a few restaurants. 10 min walk to downtown area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great (Huey’s). Had a few issues with our keys deactivating but the guy at the front was very helpful.

Property didn’t look like the pictures at all. There was trash on the ground. Ice maker didn’t work, hot water dispenser in the breakfast area didn’t work. A/C didn’t cool off the room. Couldn’t turn on any lights until we discovered the lamps were unplugged. Chair in the room was stained and the tv remote was missing the back so the batteries kept failing out. Definitely will not stay here again if my son decides to go to GSU.

Very nice for a quick getaway. It was located five minutes away from my family function. Breakfast was good but there were plenty of option in walking distance. Walmart was nearby as well. Room was clean and it had a nice tub. Plenty of washcloths and towels.
