The rooms was out dated and not clean. We had to switch rooms because it was dirty and missing a table and chair. The new room was not clean had bars of used soap left in the bathroom from prior people. The pool was down our entire stay without a notice that it was down on website.

There is very little evidence of property maintenance. Our room had discolored walls, a broken bathroom door, multiple missing light bulbs, a non-functional hair dryer and (worst of all), an air conditioning unit that made a tremendously loud noise every 5-10 minutes.

Cockroach’s, bathroom not clean, Wi-Fi was a joke, pool was nasty, mold, property looked NOTHING like pictures online, complimentary breakfast was laughable, coffee was a day old, waffle batter was terrible , many other guests were complaining.

The first room we got was so nasty and I'm guessing hadn't been cleaned and broken glass in the stand where the Bible was located along with dirty socks and trash behind the tv. They did change our room but the mini fridge had 2 bars of soap helping hold it up.
